Never one to do what he is told, your intrepid blogger ventured out this morning. After cleaning off his car and getting to know some of the neighbors (who were doing the same), I drove on out to the highway. The picture above is the end of the driveway out of my development onto Route 70.
Saw a handful of cars, but the roads are mostly empty, which made the drive to the local Stop and Shop a snap. Seems that the road is salted and sanded so no slipping and sliding occurred on my part. Again, that is Route 70 looking towards Utopia.

Took this shot and a few moments later, a stiff wind knocked most of the snow off of the branches where it landed all over me ...
