I have some more photos of the Rideau Canal, taken during Winterlude when the skateway was open. I start with views first to the south and then to the north from the Mackenzie King Bridge late one day, with the familiar landmarks around it.
On another day, the Canal was quiet looking east and then west from the Bank Street Bridge.
This is from another day, further down along the Canal's course headed for downtown, at a spot I'll show more of tomorrow. In the first shot, a look at the opposite side takes in the rooftop of the Immaculata High School, a large Catholic school I've never photographed.
This last pair was on the last Saturday morning of the festival, back on the Mackenzie King Bridge, looking again south and then north.
